This Gift Box Making Machine adopts servo motor, PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracer, touchscreen HMI and other systems, integrating mechanical, electric and pneumatic systems, making it possible that automatic paper feeding, inner board feeding, edge folding and gluing and box forming are complete in one operation. It is applicable for the production of wide-edged rigid boxes made 250-400g white cardboard, white board and corrugated paper. So it can be widely used for the production of wide-edged rigid packing boxes suitable for food, cosmetics, medicine, health care products, toys, and commodities.
After box forming, changing the mechanism to achieve twice bubble pressing.
